Yahoo Pipes - reclaim your (RSS-feed-ridden) life

If you're using a feed aggregator (e.g. Google Reader) to follow up on your daily news, you may have noticed (like most of us) that the growing number of feeds (that you just can't live without, naturally) slowly becomes overwhelming.

If you're as information greedy as some of us, you might want to consider an additional layer of control over what gets in and what doesn't.

Yahoo Pipes, with its self-explanatory filter function, might be just what you need.

You can check out my first pipe here or subscribe to its feed here.

It's a nice mashup of news from Digg Tech, Gizmodo, Boing Boing and dvorak.org/blog, all nicely filtered to match a set of keywords (like embedded, vista, ipod, etc.).
